Ms Maddox has been with MedAssist for over 5 years. She currently serves as a qualified Customer Service Manager for clients based in Alabama and Georgia. She also oversees the current financing/loan program (MAP) for the corporation. While at MedAssist she has served as Director of Operations for Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.
Ms Maddox has twenty plus years of healthcare related experience. She served for 10 years as the Consolidated Business Office Director for one of the largest health systems in the state of Alabama. Her background there included all aspects of accounts receivables and bad debt collections. She served as a member of The Executive Advisory Board with SSI, Inc for over 10 years, and 5 years as the Chairperson for Alabama UB 92 committee. |
