| Vicki H. Parks, CPA, FHFMA is the Vice President of Finance for St. Vincent’s Health System. She has over nine years of experience in the healthcare field and a combined total of over twenty years in the accounting field. Vicki has been a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) since 1997 and has served as the editor for the Bama Chatter and the Quality Chairperson. She is a graduate of UAB and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA) and HFMA. In addition, she serves on the Finance Committee at First Baptist Church Trussville and the St. Vincent’s Foundation. She is married and has two sons that are very active in baseball and karate. |

| Ms Maddox has been with MedAssist for over 5 years. She currently serves as a qualified Customer Service Manager for clients based in Alabama and Georgia. She also oversees the current financing/loan program (MAP) for the corporation. While at MedAssist she has served as Director of Operations for Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.
Ms Maddox has twenty plus years of healthcare related experience. She served for 10 years as the Consolidated Business Office Director for one of the largest health systems in the state of Alabama. Her background there included all aspects of accounts receivables and bad debt collections. She served as a member of The Executive Advisory Board with SSI, Inc for over 10 years, and 5 years as the Chairperson for Alabama UB 92 committee. |

Stephanie has been a member of HFMA since 1992 and has served the Alabama Chapter as Summer Institute Program Chairman for 3 years and is currently Fall Institute Program Chair. Stephanie is married, has 2 daughters and son-in-law and spends a lot of weekends working outdoors landscaping and enjoys football and tailgating in Tuscaloosa, Alabama “ROLL TIDE”. |

| Ashlye Hix is the Director of Business Development for Armstrong & Associates and CARE Professional Services based in Mobile, AL. Ashlye has been a member of HFMA since 2005. Prior to joining Armstrong and Associates she was the Assistant Director of Sales for PCH Hotels and Resorts, where she was named the Sales Manager of the Year. She has also held the position of Sales and Marketing Director for the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Ashlye attended Mississippi State University where she was a 4 year letter winner and an All-SEC volleyball player, and has a degree from The University of Wyoming. Ashlye and her husband live in Loxley, AL. |

Jason Frey, CPA

| Jason M. Frey is originally from Birmingham, AL. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Alabama majoring in Accounting. He received a Masters of Accountancy degree from the University of Alabama and obtained his CPA license in 2002. Jason worked for Ernst & Young as an auditor for 5 years primarily with clients in the healthcare industry. Jason joined Children’s Health System in 2006 as the Director of Accounting.
Jason became a member of HFMA in 2006 and also served as the Publications Co-Chair. Jason and his wife Sarah have a son (Jackson) and are expecting another son in November 2007. Jason and his family are active members at Dawson Memorial Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL. Jason really enjoys spending time with his family, competing in endurance events, golf, and reading. |
