The Alabama Chapter of HFMA invites you to participate in the Annual Sponsorship Program for 2007-2008. This year our program offers all of the benefits from the previous year plus improvements to benefit our sponsors. These improvements in our program will enable you, as a sponsor, to achieve the value relative to the level of sponsorship you choose.

One enhancement to our program gives our sponsors the ability to define their company’s service offerings in a brief narrative along with a link to their company’s home page via the ALHFMA website. This is an excellent way to present your company to our membership.

In the attached packet you will find our Corporate Sponsorship Program, Exhibit Booth Information for the Fall and Summer Institutes, Event Sponsorship at these conferences, and Newsletter Advertising. We hope you will consider these options to highlight your company to our membership.

We invite you to introduce a prospective member to ALHFMA by taking advantage of the free ALHFMA memberships and meeting registrations included in your sponsorship package. Share
these with customers or co-workers and help our chapter membership continue to grow!

Diamond Sponsors joining at or prior to August 10th will get a 1/4 page ad in our newly developed Bama Chatter! Bama Chatter will be sent out quarterly to all members and sponsors and will be available online via our website. Don’t miss this great opportunity. Also, the “frequent flier” discount is back. Beginning on the third consecutive year of sponsorship, you will receive a five percent discount on your sponsorship.

This invitation is for a one-time investment in the 2007-2008 fiscal year. To participate in the 2007-2008 fiscal year program your forms must be received by August 10, 2007. ALHFMA only promotes our program participants and no other vendors will be included after the deadline.

Payments can be made in lump sum or three equal installments. Sponsor response form and initial payment must be received by August 1, 2007. The second installment is due by November 1, 2007. The third installment is due by February 1, 2008. You will receive an invoice for the installments.
